As my life coach, what would you be to me?

- Your partner in reaching your personal goals
- Your teacher in life and communication skills
- Your sounding board when making choices
- Your motivation when you feel you are lagging
- Your mirror to enable you to see yourself more clearly
- Your unconditional support when you feel you are falling
- Your mentor in personal development
- Your co-designer when re-creating yourself and your life
- Your beacon and anchor during stormy times
- Your wake up call when you don't hear your own
- Your partner in helping you have all of what matters to you
Okay, so how does coaching work?
Coaching is a process that usually takes place over the telephone
where a well-intentioned individual or couple enter into a collaborative
alliance with a trained professional coach. Withing this alliance, new
thought processes are generated through the use of powerful questions,
effective listening, education and training. This process opens new possibiliites
where accellerated growth is possible.
A coach can help you see things from a different perspective, and accomplish
more with less effort. We will not diagnose or label you, judge you in
any way or force our ideas on you. Although we come from a christian framework
we will respect the spiritual paths that
you've chosen.
What we want from you
To make the coaching experience the most productive one possible, we ask
a few things of you:
- Tell us what you need
- Be committed to your coaching experience
- Be ready and willing to be stretched, and
- Be prepared to step into your greatness.

What coaching isn't
It is important to keep in mind that coaching is not psychotherapy
and is therefore not a good fit for those with diagnosable disorders or
deep psychological issues who may need a more clinical, therapeutic setting.
